Held for Restricted Sales

The Appointment Only Sales are held in areas that might not allow Open Estate Sales and/or have Gated Access and/or

are Small homes with so many items to sell, it would be unsafe to open to All. As most Estate Sale Shoppers know, it can 

get pretty crowded. This would be an unsafe situation in some circumstances. Therefore, Appointment Only Sales are the
